I cannot access the Neighbors FCU Online Banking site

If you saved the previous site to your “Favorites” please delete. Log onto Neighbors FCU website and select Online Banking. You may add the new link in your “Favorites” at the time. Neighbors FCU website: www.neighborsfcu.org


The system does not recognize my Logon ID

If your log on ID consisted of 16 or more characters and/or included a special character, your Signon ID has changed to your 9 digit member number.


I cannot access Quicken, why?

As Neighbors FCU completes its system conversion, you will need to modify your QuickBooks settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data.


My mobile browser no longer works on my mobile device

Submit an email message via your online banking account stating your security questions are not familiar.


Why do my Neighbors FCU text services, mobile browser, and alerts no longer work?

You will have to re-enroll for these services

  1. Log on to account
  2. Proceed to the "Account Services" tab
  3. From the left menu - Select the "Request" option
  4. Select Mobile Banking Enrollment
  5. Accept the "Terms and Conditions" for Mobile Banking
  6. Proceed to check off all the services of choice - "Mobile Browser", "Text Messages", "Account Alerts"
  7. Click "Continue"
  8. Assign the "Time Zone" of choice
  9. Check off the Account you wish to have access to via your mobile device
  10. Click "Continue"
  11. Input - Mobile Device Number
  12. An activation code will be sent to your mobile device
  13. Input – the activation code
  14. Click "Continue"
  15. Activation Successful page will appear
  16. Click “ Mobile Banking Main Menu” – this will take you to you mobile banking options
  17. Finished

I would like to transfer to an account I am not listed on as a signer, what should I do?

You must supply the account information to which you wish to perform transfers

  1. Log on to Account
  2. Proceed to the "Account Services" tab
  3. From the left menu -Select the “Request “option
  4. Select – Setting up transfer to another customer
  5. The “Transfer- Cross Account List” will appear
  6. Click – “Add Account”
  7. Input the 13 digit account number you wish to transfer funds
  8. Last name of the Account owner
  9. Assign an Account nickname. This will assist in identifying the account on your statement.
  10. Click – Submit
  11. Are you sure you want to add account?
  12. Click – Confirm
  13. Thank you page will appear if all information is accurate
  14. Click ‘OK” tab
  15. You will return to your Cross Account listing page. The account is now ready for you to transfer

How do I remove an Account in which I no longer wish to transfer funds?

  1. Log on to Account
  2. Proceed to the "Account Services" tab
  3. From the left menu - Select the "Request" option
  4. Select - Setting up transfer to another customer
  5. The "Transfer - Cross Account List" will appear
  6. Your Account listings will appear. Locate the account you wish to delete
  7. On the far right there is a grey waste basket
  8. Click the waste basket
  9. A question will appear "Are you sure you wish to delete this account?"
  10. Click - Yes - Delete
  11. Deleted Successfully page will appear
  12. Click "Ok"

The check ordering link does not work; it states my account is not found?

If you should receive an "Account Not Found" error message when attempting to place a check order via online banking, do not panic. It means that you have never ordered or do not have a recent order on file.

You can do one of the following

  • Contact Neighbors FCU at 225-819-2178 or toll free at 866-819-2178 and place an order
  • Visit your local Neighbors FCU branch and place an order

How do I configure my modem and PC to connect to the new Neighbors Online Banking Application?

If you are already connecting to the internet, then no additional work should be required to access this home banking site. You only need to specify the correct URL address. If you are not yet connected to the internet, then contact an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for more information. An ISP can give yo access to the world wide web (www) which you need for access to this home banking site.


While accessing Neighbors FCU new online banking system it appears to be timing out

Please allow pop-ups for the Neighbors Online Banking website. It is best practice to clear temporary cookies, web data, and history from time to time to ensure good connectivity to site.
